To protect both you and the Landlord there are administration procedures that must be followed as part of the rental process.
We use an approved specialist referencing Company who carry out the relevant and necessary checks.
This means that in addition to the monthly rent you will be required to pay these charges once terms have been agreed for the rental of your new home.
