I was cautious about renting through this agency after reading poor reviews.

However it seems they are for a similarly named company in East London.

I dealt with Paul Alexandrou throughout my tenancy and from the start, he was friendly and helpful.
Check-in was easy and fast. The inventory was thorough and the professional cleaning was very good. Any small maintenance problems were dealt with pretty quickly.

When I ended my tenancy, Paul dealt with all the details with professional care once again.

The check-out and inventory went fairly smoothly. The cleaning, again, was excellent, if not very cheap. The deposit was also returned within the standard TPS 10 day period.
